Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to request permanent deletion of your customer account and associated personal data.
How to Request Deletion
- Open the app and go to Profile Settings.
- Select Account > Delete Account.
- Confirm with your account verification step.
- Submit the request and keep the confirmation reference.
What We Delete
- Profile data and account identifiers.
- Saved addresses and preferences.
- Non-essential usage metadata linked to your account.
What We May Retain
Certain records may be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, taxation, or dispute-resolution obligations for the minimum required period.
