Delete Courier Account
How to request deletion of your courier account and personal data tied to your profile.
Deletion Steps
- Open the Courier App and go to Profile Settings.
- Tap Account > Delete Account.
- Complete identity confirmation if prompted.
- Submit request and keep your ticket/reference number.
Data Removed
- Profile details and app preferences.
- Linked non-mandatory metadata used for personalization.
- App session tokens and related account access data.
Data Possibly Retained
Records required for legal compliance, safety investigations, financial reporting, or dispute handling may be retained for required periods.
